Membership
The Ladies’ Literary Club is a private club. New members are typically recruited from among the friends of members. If you are interested in becoming a member, call club president Bev Ross at 426-4759. In addition to being recommended by two club members, prospective members must attend three club meetings and sign the guest book. Annual dues for active members are $60; associate members pay $85; life members, who have been in the club for forty years or more, do not pay dues. Over the years club membership, despite deaths and resignations, has remained stable at around 150 members.
