Building Rental

The Ladies’ Literary Club building is available for rent to the members and the public. Opening the house for outside use helps to generate funds to maintain the building and allows community members to enjoy the historic ambience of a local treasure.

The rental period is for a full day, until 11 pm. The cost of the daily rental includes tables, chairs, and linens. Guests may also make use of dishware, silverware, and the full kitchen. At full capacity, the house can accommodate seating for around 80 people.

Beer and wine may be served by a TIPS-certified bartender.

Members:  $150

Nonprofits:  $200

Nonmembers: $400
